We saw growth over the past year and considering market conditions it was a great accomplishment. Leveraging Open Source Software has provided a extraordinary set of tools that can be used by the customer for free. The only cost bared by the customer is setup/install and propagation of data. This alone has saved Customers hundred if not thousands of dollars in development cost.
